Context

A frontend scaling fast across multiple apps needed a shared, reliable foundation.

Problem

Inconsistent components and an aging, untyped stack slowed every feature and invited regressions.

My role

Drove cross-cutting frontend platform work alongside feature delivery.

Approach

  • Authored a large share of the shared component library (phone input, searchable autocomplete, table, chip, snackbar, select, tabs, time picker) with Storybook stories and Jest tests.
  • Migrated the app off Material-UI v4 to MUI v9 and drove a JavaScript-to-TypeScript conversion.
  • Built provider-agnostic analytics, feature flagging, RBAC-gated UI, and cross-portal single sign-on.
