Context
The platform processes a high volume of talent applications and needed to screen them without ballooning reviewer headcount.
Problem
Initial screening was manual, slow, and inconsistent across reviewers, and there was no AI in the flow yet.
My role
Laid the initial foundations for AI-driven screening that the product's now-advanced systems build on.
Approach
- Built the first ML-driven relevancy-score and auto-rejection pipeline in the talent application flow.
- Introduced the early AI screening integration to rank and filter candidates against role requirements.
- Surfaced scores in the reviewer UI and instrumented quality metrics, establishing the patterns the team scaled from.
