Idea to PRD, architecture, and sharded stories before code. The planning a PM, architect, and lead used to do, run as one tight loop.
I orchestrate fleets of AI agents via Claude Code: brainstorming, TDD, parallel subagents. I architect; agents execute under direction.
Adversarial code review, verification-before-completion, and real tests keep quality high. Speed never means sloppy.
